3 Nights Yoga Days

Program for regaining inner balance. Taking a rest from daily life and worries in a comfortable and relaxing surrounding.

1. Day

• Nua Spa Jacuzzi, steam baths, sauna and relaxing rooms
• Dinner

2. Day

• Breakfast
• Yoga Session – 45 min. (Beginners Level)
• Aroma Theraphy Massage - 50 min. (by male / female therapist)
  Soft body massage with your selection of aromatic oils.
• Shiradora Therapy -50 min.- (by male / female therapist)
  Warm sesame oil flowing from a copperpot down onto the "third eye" restores health and provides a deep relaxation. The theraphy is concluded with a light body massage and an intense head massage.
• Dinner

3. Day

• Breakfast
• Yoga Session – 45 min. Beginners Level
• Hot Stone Massage - 65 min. (by male therapist)
  Combination of full body massage and energy work provides deep relaxation.
• Nua Signature Massage -50 min. (by male / female therapist)
  A massage experience which is unique and especially created for Richmond Nua Wellness Spa.
• Dinner

4. Day

• Breakfast
• Departure from Richmond Nua Wellness Spa Hotel
